Synthetic Knit with Spandex - Support

The base fabric is Synthetic Knit with Spandex - Support, composed of 95% polyester and 5% elastane, with a weight of 237 gr/m2 and a width of 152 cm. The plain printed color, in a medium teal-blue-green hue, is obtained using sublimation technology with a CMYK of 80 40 47 29. The hue is characterized by being fresh and vibrant, with a predominant presence of blue and small hints of green. It combines very well with neutral tones, such as white or black, and analogous colors such as turquoise or olive green.

It is important to note that the fabric is printed with the plain color on one side by digital textile printing, which allows for high definition and color durability.

The base fabric stands out for its soft and elastic texture, with an opaque finish that makes it versatile for different applications. In addition to those we have indicated, such as lingerie, fashion, accessories, or sports, the fabric combined with a foam layer can be used to make padded products such as cushions or pet beds.

For fabric care, it is recommended to avoid bleaching and wash at a maximum temperature of 30°C. It can be dry cleaned, except with trichloroethylene, and it is best to iron at a cool temperature on the reverse side of the fabric. Likewise, a tumble dryer should not be used to dry the fabric.

The fabric is manufactured using sublimation technology, in which the design ink is transferred by heat and pressure onto the polyester. This process guarantees a high level of detail and durability in the printed color, in addition to being environmentally friendly by not generating harmful chemical waste.
