The base fabric is Synthetic Knit with Spandex - Support, composed of 95% polyester and 5% elastane, with a weight of 237 gr/m2 and a width of 152 cm. The solid printed color is a Taupe Gray with a CMYK of 62 48 63 47. It is a color with a certain brown hue and a touch of gray that conveys a sense of elegance and sophistication. It combines perfectly with other neutral colors such as white, black or beige, but also with more vibrant tones such as fuchsia or red.
The base fabric printed with this color uses single-sided digital textile printing; it is not a dyed fabric but printed on one side. The texture and feel of this fabric are soft, opaque, and elastic. It offers great resistance and stability to stretching, making it perfect for clothing that requires great comfort, elasticity, and durability.
Among the applications and uses of this fabric, we can highlight the creation of lingerie such as briefs, bodysuits, or bras; as well as fashion garments for men or women, such as tops or knitwear. It is also ideal for making accessories such as hair ties or scrunchies. Thanks to its elastic composition, it is a good option for sportswear for both adults and children.
Regarding the care this fabric requires, it is important not to bleach it and to wash it at a maximum temperature of 30ºC. It is suitable for dry cleaning except for trichloroethylene, and it is recommended to iron it at a cool temperature on the reverse side of the fabric. It cannot be tumble dried.
The printing technology used on this fabric is polyester sublimation. This type of printing is carried out by thermal transfer of the ink to the fabric, which allows for direct printing without design and color limitations. In addition, it guarantees color fidelity and great durability of the print.
