The base fabric of this textile is Synthetic Knit with Spandex - Support, mainly composed of 95% polyester and 5% elastane, with a weight of 237 gr/m2 and a width of 152 cm. The solid printed color is Sepia Brown, with a CMYK of 35 72 65 47. This color symbolizes strength and stability, while its technical description indicates that it is opaque and soft to the touch. It combines very well with beige and dark green tones.
The fabric is printed with the solid color on one side by digital textile printing, which means that the dye is applied directly to the surface of the fabric. This technique guarantees excellent quality and durability.
Regarding the general characteristics of the base fabric, we can highlight its elasticity and softness to the touch, which makes it a comfortable fabric and easy to use for making fitted clothing such as lingerie, girdles or sportswear. It is also used to create accessories such as hair ties, scrunchies or knitted garments. It is a timeless fabric, perfect for use in any season of the year.
Regarding the care of this fabric, it is important to wash it at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, avoid bleaching and air dry it. Do not tumble dry or clean with trichloroethylene. Ironing should be done at a cool temperature on the reverse side of the fabric.
Finally, the printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation, which is carried out by applying heat and pressure to a surface coated with sublimation ink. This process allows colors to penetrate deeply into the fibers of the fabric, which guarantees exceptional image quality and a wide variety of color effects.
