The base fabric is Synthetic Knit with Spandex - Support, composed of 95% polyester and 5% elastane, with a weight of 237 gr/m2 and a width of 152 cm. The printed solid color is a red hue, with a CMYK of 16 87 71 6 and a name of Refractory Brick Red. This color is characterized by being warm and vibrant, with an earthy tone that provides warmth and a feeling of comfort. Combined with colors like browns, beige, or neutral tones, it adds a touch of elegance and sophistication.
The fabric is digitally printed on one side, meaning the solid color of the fabric is precisely printed on one side, without subsequent dyeing. The general characteristics of the fabric and color are its softness to the touch and a visually opaque texture, thanks to its polyester and elastane composition. Additionally, the fabric has elasticity that makes it comfortable and adaptable to different uses. The combination of the fabric and the Refractory Brick Red color offers a versatile fabric for use in fashion and sports.
The Synthetic Knit with Spandex - Support fabric is commonly used for manufacturing underwear, such as bras, briefs, and bodysuits, as well as for fashion garments like tops, accessories, and knitwear. In the sports field, it is used for manufacturing tops and other types of garments for women, men, and children. Due to its elastic characteristics, it adapts to different body types, being comfortable and durable.
Regarding care, it is recommended not to bleach this fabric, not to wash it at temperatures above 30°C, to air dry it without using a dryer, and to iron it with a cool temperature on the reverse side of the fabric. It also allows dry cleaning, except for trichloroethylene, for better preservation.
Finally, the printing technology used on this type of fabric is sublimation (polyester), which allows for printing highly resistant to washing and wear. Sublimation is a printing technique in which colors are transferred from a previous print to the base fabric, by means of heat and pressure, making an adequate adjustment for each type of fabric and applying the precise intensity to achieve the desired finish.
