The base fabric, called Synthetic Knit with Spandex - Support, is specifically a knit fabric composed of 95% polyester and 5% elastane, with a weight of 237 gr/m2 and 152 cm in width. The solid color printed on this fabric combines pink and deep mauve, represented by 22% cyan ink, 46% magenta ink, 11% yellow ink, and zero black ink, with a CMYK color profile of 22 46 11 0. This secondary color symbolizes delicacy and passion.
This shade perfectly combines with a wide variety of colors, such as white and black tones, blues and grays, soft pinks, and greens, among others. It is worth mentioning that the base fabric is printed with the solid color on one side using digital textile printing, which means it is not a dyed fabric but printed on one side.
The characteristics of the base fabric are exceptional, with a soft and visually opaque texture. Furthermore, its elasticity makes it unique and different from other knit fabrics on the market. The combination of spandex and polyester allows it to be resistant and flexible, adapting perfectly to any body type. Additionally, this fabric is very versatile and can be used for making lingerie, sportswear, accessories, and garments.
Among the specific applications and uses of this fabric, we can highlight the making of garments such as panties, bodysuits, and bras, tops and knitwear, sports accessories, hair ties, and scrunchies. For proper maintenance, it is recommended to wash at temperatures not exceeding 30º C, do not bleach, iron at low temperature on the reverse side, and do not tumble dry. Likewise, this fabric allows dry cleaning, except for the use of trichloroethylene.
Finally, it is important to note that this fabric is manufactured with sublimation printing technology (polyester). This technique allows ink transfer through heat and pressure, creating a sharp and high-resolution print on the fabric. Digital printing is the most advanced and current technique in the production of printed fabrics.
