The base fabric is Synthetic Knit with Spandex - Support in a pearl pink hue, with a CMYK of 5, 15, 3, 0. This fabric is a Knit Fabric composed of 95% Polyester and 5% Elastane, with a weight of 237 gr/m2 and a width of 152 cm. The printed solid color is opaque and soft to the touch, with an elastic texture thanks to the spandex in its composition. In addition to pearl pink, this color combines especially well with light and soft tones that highlight its elegance and delicacy. The fabric is printed with the solid color on one side using digital textile printing.
The general characteristics of the base fabric are summarized in a soft and elastic texture, and an opaque visual finish. The specific attributes of the base fabric highlight its application in the manufacture of lingerie, tops, knitwear and accessories, as well as in sportswear and everyday wear. Thanks to its texture and elasticity, it is a fabric that adapts well to the skin, offering comfort and a soft feel in daily use.
Regarding the care that should be taken with this fabric, it is important not to bleach it, wash it at a maximum temperature of 30°C, iron it at a cool temperature on the reverse side of the fabric, and avoid dry cleaning with trichloroethylene and tumble drying. These indications will help preserve the softness and elastic qualities of the fabric, prolonging its useful life.
Finally, the printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation (polyester), which consists of applying heat and pressure so that the pigments adhere to the surface of the fabric, guaranteeing the durability and fidelity of the printed color. With this technology, any digital design can be printed on the surface of the fabric, allowing for product personalization and the creation of totally exclusive designs.
