The base fabric is Synthetic Knit with Spandex - Support, composed of 95% polyester and 5% elastane, weighing 237 gr/m2 and with a width of 152 cm. As for the plain printed color, it is an off-white tone with hints of white chocolate, which is reflected in the CMYK content (9 5 22 0). The off-white color offers a balanced mix of white and yellowish tones, evoking a warm feeling. For its part, the white chocolate nuance provides a beige, grayish-beige, or cream tone, depending on the proportion. This secondary color combines very well with dark brown, black, and other beige tones, achieving a feeling of elegance and sophistication.
It is worth mentioning that the fabric is printed with the plain color on one side only using digital textile printing, which allows for high-quality and definition designs, but only on one side of the fabric.
As for general characteristics, the base fabric has a soft and elastic texture, which makes it very comfortable to the touch and promotes freedom of movement. It has high opacity, which makes it a suitable choice for clothing that does not require excessive transparency.
Regarding applications and uses, the base fabric is suitable for a wide variety of garments, such as lingerie, sportswear, knitwear, tops, accessories, and more. Thanks to its elasticity, it is especially suitable for close-fitting garments, but can also be used for looser garments.
As for the necessary care, it is recommended to wash in cold water, do not use bleach, use a cool iron on the reverse side of the fabric, and do not use a dryer. It can be dry cleaned, except if trichloroethylene is used.
Finally, the printing technology used in this fabric is sublimation, a stamping technique that applies ink to the fabric through a thermal transfer that directly impregnates the fibers of the material. This process allows for high-definition printing that is durable and resistant to washing and use.
