The base fabric we are discussing is Synthetic Knit with Spandex - Support, composed of 95% polyester and 5% elastane. It has a weight of 237 gr/m2 and a width of 152 cm. The solid printed color is a banana yellow, created with a combination of cyan, magenta, yellow, and black with the following CMYK content: 24 13 96 2. This secondary color is soft and vibrant, making it perfect for reflecting the energy and luminosity of summer. It also combines very well with orange, green, and light blue tones.
The fabric is single-sided printed using digital textile printing, which allows for high image quality and definition in the design. It is important to note that this fabric is printed, not dyed, meaning only the printed side has color.
In terms of characteristics, the base fabric has a soft and elastic feel, yet it is also visually opaque. This makes it a very comfortable and easy-to-work-with fabric, as it conforms well to the body. Furthermore, the solid printed color is resistant to washing, guaranteeing its durability.
Synthetic Knit with Spandex - Support is a very versatile fabric, used for various garments and accessories, such as lingerie, sportswear, knitwear, and accessories. This is because its elasticity and softness make it perfect for contact with the skin.
Regarding care, it is important to wash the fabric at a maximum temperature of 30°C, avoid bleaching and the use of trichloroethylene in dry cleaning, iron it at a cool temperature, and do not tumble dry.
Finally, the printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation, which involves transferring the design through heat and pressure, resulting in high image quality and precise details in the print. This technology is widely used in the manufacture of sportswear and fashion garments due to its high quality and durability.
