The base fabric is Synthetic Knit with Spandex - Support, with a composition of 95% polyester and 5% elastane, a weight of 237 gr/m2 and a width of 152 cm. The solid printed color is Canary Yellow, with a cyan ink combination of 13%, magenta of 1%, yellow of 85% and black of 0%, according to the CMYK color system. This color is vibrant and cheerful, evoking emotions of happiness and optimism. It combines well with complementary colors such as purple, navy blue, and dark gray.
It is important to mention that the fabric is printed with the solid color on one side by digital textile printing, which means that the printing is done directly on the surface of the fabric, instead of mass dyeing it. Therefore, the color does not penetrate the fabric and may fade over time or on contact with certain products.
Regarding the general characteristics of the base fabric and the solid color, its softness to the touch, its visual opacity, and its elasticity stand out, allowing great comfort and adaptability to the body. On the other hand, the color application is uniform and sharp, with excellent definition of details and tonal gradations.
The applications and uses of this fabric are varied, including lingerie such as panties, bras, and bralettes, womens and mens fashion such as tops and knitwear, accessories such as scrunchies and hair ties, and sportswear. Each of these uses requires different levels of elasticity and softness, which makes this fabric a versatile and functional option.
To maintain the quality and durability of the fabric, certain care instructions must be followed, such as not bleaching, washing at a maximum of 30ºC, allowing dry cleaning except with trichloroethylene, ironing at a cool temperature on the reverse side, and avoiding machine drying.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation, which consists of transferring ink from a special paper to the fabric using heat and pressure. This allows obtaining bright and durable colors, without cracking or fading.
