Synthetic Knit with Spandex - Support

The base fabric is Synthetic Knit with Spandex - Support, composed of 95% polyester and 5% elastane, with a weight of 237 gr/m2 and a width of 152 cm. The solid color printed on this fabric is a teal green, with a CMYK of 82 25 45 8. This color is characterized by being a vibrant and fresh tone, which can perfectly combine with whites and other green tones.

This fabric is printed with the solid color on one side by digital textile printing, which means it is not a dyed fabric but printed on one side. The general characteristics of the base fabric are that it has a soft and elastic texture, and is visually opaque. As for the printed color, it has good coverage and brilliance that remains after washing.

Regarding the applications and uses of this type of fabric, we can highlight lingerie, such as panties, bodysuits, and bras/bralettes, as well as in womens/mens fashion, in tops and knitwear, accessories, in womens/mens/childrens sportswear, and for scrunchies and hair ties.

To care for this fabric, it is important not to bleach it and wash it at a maximum temperature of 30ºC. Dry cleaning is allowed except for trichloroethylene, and ironing should be done at a cool temperature on the reverse side of the fabric. Also, it cannot be tumble dried.

The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation (polyester), which consists of printing the design on transfer paper using specific inks and then transferring it to the fabric using heat and pressure. This process ensures the durability and fixation of the ink in the fabric, as well as allowing for high definition of the designs.
