Synthetic Knit with Spandex - Support

The base fabric is a synthetic knit fabric with spandex called Support, composed of 95% polyester and 5% elastane, with a weight of 237 gr/m2 and a width of 152 cm. The solid printed color is a blue tone with a CMYK of 90 53 9 1, indicating a high presence of cyan and magenta and a low presence of yellow and black. This color resembles blue eyes and visually softens the surface of the base fabric.

Blue is a secondary color that symbolizes calm, trust, sincerity, and serenity. In addition, it works very well in combination with other colors, such as earth tones, grays, whites, and pastels. Therefore, the solid printed color will combine very well with garments or accessories in these colors.

The fabric is printed with the solid color on one side using digital textile printing, which means it is not a dyed fabric but printed on one side. This technique allows for precise and sharp details to be printed on synthetic fabrics and a wide range of colors with high definition to be obtained.

Regarding general characteristics, the base fabric is soft to the touch, visually opaque, and elastic. It is a suitable fabric for manufacturing lingerie such as panties, bodysuits, or bras, knitwear, tops, accessories, and sportswear. In addition, it has a timeless application for use at any time of the year.

Regarding care, bleaching and tumble drying should be avoided. It is recommended to wash at a maximum temperature of 30°C, allow dry cleaning except trichloroethylene, and iron at a cool temperature on the reverse side of the fabric.

The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation, which is used for printing on synthetic fabrics with a high polyester content. The printing is done using a digital printer with transfer paper and sublimation ink, which, when it comes into contact with the fabric at high temperatures, sublimates and is impregnated into the fabric fibers. This allows for high-quality and durable prints on synthetic fabrics.
