The base fabric is Synthetic Spandex Knit - Support, composed of 95% polyester and 5% elastane, with a weight of 237 gr/m2 and a width of 152 cm. The solid printed color is Wolf Gray (CMYK: 59 49 45 36), with an opaque visual texture, a soft and elastic touch. This secondary color symbolically conveys tranquility, balance, and simplicity, and technically and culturally represents the mix of gray tones and bluish nuances in a bright hue.
Wolf Gray combines particularly well with cool tones such as white, black, dark blue, and light gray, as well as with warm tones such as beige and mustard yellow in visual contrast. It is important to note that the fabric is printed with the solid color on one side only by digital textile printing, which guarantees sharp image quality and long-term durability.
The base fabric is soft to the touch, elastic, and visually opaque, making it ideal for clothing and accessories for lingerie, sports, and fashion, along with other items such as scrunchies. Its applications and uses are diverse, ranging from panties, bras, tops, and bodysuits to knitwear, accessories, and sportswear.
Regarding fabric care, it is important not to bleach it, wash it at a maximum temperature of 30°C, iron it on the reverse side at a cool temperature, and not use a dryer. In addition, it allows dry cleaning except for trichloroethylene, which makes it more resistant to certain delicate garment cleaning processes.
The printing technology used to manufacture this base fabric is sublimation (polyester), a ink transfer process using heat and pressure in which the printed color pigments are fixed directly onto the fabric fibers, without creating additional layers of color. This process guarantees vivid colors, high image quality, and greater durability of the designs.
