The base fabric used is Raso - Ámsterdam, a Satin/Raso fabric made of 100% POLYESTER with a weight of 120 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The solid color printed is an elegant Pastel Blue, with the CMYK of 23 14 7 0. This secondary color generates a sense of tranquility and harmony, and combines especially well with white, gray, pink tones and soft shades of green. The fabric is printed with the solid color on one side by digital textile printing, using POLYESTER sublimation technology.
The texture of Raso - Ámsterdam is visually bright and tactilely smooth, making it ideal for fashion applications, both for men and women, such as shirts, blouses, skirts, pants, jumpsuits, tops, and accessories like scarves. It can also be used in lingerie garments such as pajamas, dresses and, in the case of weddings, also for brides. The fabric is a timeless basic, but it is also suitable for the Autumn/Winter 2021 season.
Regarding care, the fabric should be washed at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, should not be bleached, and can be dry cleaned, except with trichloroethylene. It is recommended to iron it at a warm temperature and it can be tumble dried at a reduced temperature.
Finally, the printing technology used in the production of this fabric is sublimation, in which the ink is printed on a transfer paper, and then the design is transferred to the fabric using heat and pressure. This process allows the ink to penetrate directly into the polyester fibers, which ensures that the printed color has a long duration and a high resistance to washing wear and sun.
