The base fabric is Raso - Amsterdam, a satin fabric made entirely of polyester with a weight of 120 gr/m2. Its plain color, printed in Raw and Pale Silver, has a combination of cyan, magenta, and yellow inks of 12-16-18 respectively, and a black ink percentage of 0%, making its CMYK 12-16-18-0. The secondary color is a brilliant silver tone that combines perfectly with colors such as white, black, gray, and dark blue.
This fabric is printed with a plain color on one side using digital textile printing, which means it is not a dyed fabric but rather printed after being woven, with high quality of detail in the design.
The base fabric has a shiny and smooth texture, as well as a fine and soft feel. In terms of resistance and durability, polyester ensures good color and shape stability, making it ideal for frequently used garments.
As for the applications and uses of the fabric, it can be found in fashion garments for both women and men, such as shirts, blouses, jumpsuits, skirts, trousers, tops, and scarves. It is also used in the manufacture of kimonos, wedding dresses, pajamas, and lingerie.
To preserve the quality of the fabric, it is recommended to wash at a maximum temperature of 40°C, do not bleach, iron at a warm temperature, tumble dry at a reduced temperature, and dry clean except with trichloroethylene.
Finally, the printing technology used on this fabric is sublimation. This technique involves printing the design on special transfer paper, which is then placed in direct contact with the fabric. The application of heat and pressure causes the pigments of the design on the paper to turn into gas and fuse with the fabric fibers to create a sharp and durable image.
