Description

The base fabric is Raso - Amsterdam, a satin with a composition of 100% polyester, a weight of 120 gr/m2, and a width of 150 cm. Its solid printed color is Purple, Indigo, and Iris Purple, with a CMYK of 82 100 11 3. This secondary color combines wonderfully with neutral tones like gray and white, or more vibrant colors like pink and green.

The fabric is printed with the solid color on one side using digital textile printing, which provides a completely uniform and exact appearance of the design. The texture is shiny and flat to the touch, and its very fine texture gives a luxurious and elegant look to any garment made with this fabric.

The Raso - Amsterdam base fabric also has notable general characteristics: it is resistant, durable, and easy to care for. It is used in various applications such as womens and mens fashion, accessories, pajamas, bridal wear, and much more. It is also commonly used for lingerie garments, such as pajamas and dresses.

Raso - Amsterdam fabric requires certain specific care to maintain its appearance and quality. Washing should be done at a maximum temperature of 40 degrees Celsius, preferably without bleach. Dry cleaning is allowed, but not with trichloroethylene. Iron at a warm temperature, and it can also be tumble dried at a reduced temperature.

The printing technology used in the manufacturing of the fabric is polyester sublimation. This printing technique is specifically used for fabrics made with polyester, ensuring that the printed design has high definition, durability, and resistance to wear and fading. Sublimation printing is done with a heat press that transfers ink from transfer paper to the base fabric using heat and pressure, creating a vivid and durable finish that will not peel off during use or repeated washes.
