The base fabric is Raso Amsterdam, a polyester satin with a weight of 120 grams per square meter and a width of 150 cm. The solid printed color is light brown with a cyan tint of 27%, magenta of 54%, yellow of 100%, and black of 22%, resulting in a CMYK of 27 54 100 22. This color is bright and smooth to the touch, providing a good visual texture. It combines very well with neutral colors such as white or gray.
The fabric is printed on one side using digital textile printing, which means that the solid color is only present on one side of the fabric. The base fabric has a shiny and smooth texture to the touch, making it ideal for fashion garments such as shirts, blouses, skirts, pants, and tops. It is also suitable for kimonos, pajamas, lingerie dresses, and scarves.
Regarding care, this fabric should not be bleached and it is recommended to wash at a maximum temperature of 40 degrees Celsius. It can be ironed at a warm temperature and is suitable for dry cleaning except with trichloroethylene. Additionally, it can be tumble dried at a reduced temperature.
The printing technology used to produce this fabric is sublimation (polyester), which allows the color to be printed directly onto the fabric without the need for pre-dyeing. This provides greater precision and quality in the final result. In summary, Raso Amsterdam is a polyester satin base fabric ideal for fashion garments and lingerie, with a solid printed light brown color that combines very well with neutral colors, and is manufactured using sublimation printing technology.
