The base fabric is Raso - Amsterdam, a satin with a weight of 120 gr/m2 and a composition of 100% polyester. The solid color printed is caramel brown, with a combination of cyan (29), magenta (45), yellow (100), and black (21) inks in CMYK (29 45 100 21). This color creates an impression of a shiny and smooth texture, giving it an elegant and sophisticated appearance. Additionally, caramel brown can be combined with other colors such as white, black, and gold.
The fabric is printed with the solid color on one side using digital textile printing. It is important to mention that it is not a dyed fabric, but printed on one side. The general characteristics of the base fabric are its shiny visual, its smooth and thin feel. Care for this type of fabric includes no bleaching, maximum washing temperature of 40ºC, dry cleaning allowed except trichloroethylene, warm ironing, and tumble drying at reduced temperature.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation (polyester). This technology consists of transferring a sublimable ink to the surface of a polyester substrate using heat and pressure. The ink turns into vapor and penetrates the surface of the fabric, creating a crisp, bright, and durable print.
