The base fabric used is Raso - Ámsterdam, a polyester satin with a grammage of 120 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The plain color printed on the fabric is Dark Orange with a CMYK of 17 42 100 6. The intensity of this color symbolizes emotion and positive energy and can be combined with complementary colors such as blue, purple, and green.
The fabric is printed with the plain color on one side using digital textile printing, which means the ink is applied directly to the fabric surface. As for the general characteristics of the base fabric, it stands out for its shiny visual texture and its soft, smooth, and thin touch. Furthermore, its polyester composition gives it great wear resistance and excellent durability.
Raso - Ámsterdam fabric is ideal for various uses and applications, such as for making shirts, blouses, skirts, trousers, jumpsuits, tops, and accessories, as well as for lingerie dresses and pajamas. In addition, it is perfect for kimonos and scarves, thanks to its softness and delicacy.
Regarding the care instructions for this type of fabric, it is recommended not to bleach, wash at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, allow dry cleaning except trichloroethylene, iron at a warm temperature, and tumble dry at a reduced temperature.
Finally, the printing technology used is sublimation, which consists of transferring an image from special paper printed with sublimation inks to a polyester surface using heat and pressure. This process guarantees high image quality and definition, as well as excellent resistance to wear and washing.
