Description

The base fabric, Satin - Amsterdam, a Satin/Raso type, is 100% polyester with a weight of 120 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. Its solid printed color is army green, with color attributes indicating Cyan 70, Magenta 48, Yellow 93, and Black 51, or CMYK 70 48 93 51. This color symbolizes strength, courage, and determination. Technically, its texture and feel are smooth and thin. Army green pairs well with earth tones, dark oranges, browns, and navy blue. The fabric is digitally printed with this solid color on one side using textile digital printing.

The general characteristics of this fabric include its visually shiny texture and strong weave, making it ideal for fitted and elegant garments. Due to its softness and comfort, it is suitable for a variety of applications and uses such as womens and mens fashion apparel, including shirts, blouses, skirts, pants, and also as lingerie and pajamas. Additionally, this fabric is perfect for making scarves that complement an elegant outfit.

It is important to note that this fabric should be washed at a maximum temperature of 40ºC and ironed at a warm temperature. Dry cleaning is permitted except with trichloroethylene, and it can be tumble dried at a reduced temperature.

The printing process used to produce this fabric is polyester sublimation. This process, similar to paper printing, uses a special printer that deposits ink onto a transfer paper, which is then placed on the fabric and subjected to high temperatures and pressure, resulting in a perfect combination of the ink and the polyester fiber of the base fabric.
