The base fabric of this textile is Raso - Amsterdam, a satin with a composition of 100% POLYESTER and a weight of 120 gr/m2. Its width is 150 cm and it is easy to care for, with recommendations not to bleach, wash at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, and iron at a warm temperature. This fabric can be used in different applications, such as womens/mens fashion (shirts, blouses, kimonos, jumpsuits, skirts, trousers, tops, scarves, among others), lingerie (pajamas, dresses, bridal wear), accessories, and it is timeless and suitable for the Autumn/Winter 2021 season.
The plain printed color is Goose Grey: a neutral tone that, thanks to sublimation printing technology, diffuses onto the surface of the fabric. This color is obtained by combining 15% Cyan ink, 13% Magenta ink, and 14% Yellow ink, resulting in a soft and elegant tone that resembles the color of birds. Goose Grey pairs perfectly with light colors such as white, beige, pale pink, and pearl gray, making it ideal for a wide range of contemporary designs. It should be noted that the plain color is only printed on one side by digital textile printing.
Among the characteristics of the base fabric, its shiny visual texture, smooth, and thin feel stand out. This makes it ideal for an elegant and sophisticated approach in your designs. Regarding its applications, the Raso - Amsterdam base fabric is widely used in fashion and lingerie thanks to its bright and delicate design, making it ideal for sophisticated dresses and blouses that require a touch of elegance.
It is important to mention the specific care instructions for this fabric. It is recommended not to bleach the fabric and to wash it at a temperature not exceeding 40ºC. In addition, the use of trichloroethylene should be avoided, and it should be ironed at a warm temperature. Finally, it can be tumble dried at a reduced temperature.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation. This process uses heat and pressure to permanently transfer the ink onto the surface of the fabric. Because the printing is done through a digital process, it is possible to create detailed images and custom designs, which makes the printed Raso - Amsterdam fabric perfect for demanding designers looking for a high-quality fabric for their creations.
