Satin - Amsterdam

The Satin Amsterdam base fabric is a 120 gr/m2, 150 cm wide polyester satin, ideal for fashion and accessories. The printed color is Onion Green, with a vibrant hue that combines very well with pastel and neutral tones such as dusty pink and light gray. The CMYK of the solid color is 56 9 94 1, which indicates a predominance of green with a high level of yellow. The fabric is printed with the solid color on one side by digital textile printing, which guarantees high image quality and detail.

The general characteristics of the base fabric are its shiny visual texture, and its smooth and thin feel. In addition to fashion, the fabric is suitable for making pajamas and kimonos, as well as printed scarves. It is also a popular choice for making lingerie garments such as wedding dresses and tops.

In terms of care, the fabric should be washed at no more than 40ºC, and should not be bleached or dry cleaned with trichloroethylene. It can be ironed at a warm temperature and tumble dried at a reduced temperature.

This technique involves transferring ink through heat and pressure so that it adheres permanently to the polyester fiber.
