The base fabric is Raso - Amsterdam, a type of satin with a composition of 100% polyester. Its weight is 120 gr/m2 and it has a width of 150 cm. The solid printed color is Coral Blue, which is defined by the CMYK content: 35 in Cyan ink, 6 in Magenta ink, 8 in Yellow ink, and 0 in Black ink. This secondary color symbolizes marine life and joy, and combines well with other colors such as sea tones, blues, and light greens. It is important to note that this fabric is printed with the solid color on one side by digital textile printing, which means that there is only one layer of print and the base fabric is not dyed.
The characteristics of the base fabric are diverse: it has a shiny visual texture, a smooth and thin feel. On the other hand, the printed color is defined by its great resistance to washing and wear. Regarding its applications and uses, Raso - Amsterdam can be used in fashion garments for women and men such as shirts, blouses, pants, jumpsuits, tops, and skirts. It is also suitable for lingerie such as dresses and pajamas, as well as for kimonos and scarves. The versatility of this fabric makes it timeless and perfect for any season.
It is essential to take into account the care required for Raso - Amsterdam: Do not bleach, the maximum washing temperature is 40ºC, dry cleaning is allowed except for trichloroethylene, ironing should be done at a warm temperature, and the dryer can be used at a reduced temperature. These care instructions will ensure a long durability of the fabric.
The printing technology used for this fabric is sublimation (polyester), a process in which the design is printed on a sublimation paper sheet and then transferred to the fabric using heat and pressure. This method guarantees perfect color fixation and design definition. In summary, Raso - Amsterdam is a versatile and durable fabric that adapts to different applications and uses thanks to its shiny texture and smooth feel, it also has a resistant and defined printed color that brings life and joy to garments. And all this, thanks to the sublimation printing technology behind it.
