Description

The base fabric is Raso - Amsterdam, a 100% polyester satin with a weight of 120 g/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The solid color printed is Denim Blue, which is composed of 51% Cyan ink, 11% Magenta ink, and 8% Yellow ink, and the CMYK is 51 11 8 0. This secondary color reflects the depth and richness of denim, and perfectly combines with light tones like white and light grays, as well as with vibrant colors like red and orange.

The fabric is printed with the solid color on one side using digital textile printing, meaning it is not a dyed fabric, but printed on one side. The shiny and smooth texture of the fabric becomes more evident thanks to high-quality digital printing. Additionally, the fabric is thin and soft to the touch, being very suitable for clothing and accessories.

Among the attributes of the base fabric, the applications and uses already mentioned stand out, which include fashion, accessories, and lingerie. This type of fabric is ideal for light garments such as shirts, blouses, kimonos, skirts, and pants, as well as for delicate dresses and lingerie. It is also popular in the manufacturing of accessories like scarves.

To maintain the quality of the fabric, proper care is recommended. It is advisable not to bleach and to wash at a maximum temperature of 40ºC. The fabric allows dry cleaning, except with trichloroethylene. Ironing should be done at a warm temperature, and it can be tumble dried at a reduced temperature.

The printing technology used on the base fabric is sublimation (polyester), a technique that allows ink transfer through heat and pressure. This technique provides good print quality, characterized by being wash-resistant and durable over time. Thus, the combination of the base fabric and digital textile printing results in a versatile and high-quality fabric.
