The base fabric is Raso - Amsterdam, a 100% polyester satin with a weight of 120 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The solid printed color is Purple, Purple Sage Bush, with a CYMK ink composition of 30 22 2 0. This color is an elegant combination of red and blue tones, creating a sense of sophistication and depth. The hue can be combined with neutral colors such as gray, black, and white, as well as warmer tones like brown and yellow.
The fabric is printed with the solid color on one side using digital textile printing. It is important to note that it is not a dyed fabric, but rather printed on one side, which allows for greater precision in the reproduction of designs and colors.
The characteristics of the base fabric are a brilliant visual texture, a smooth tactile texture, and a thin tactile texture. The solid printed color adds a special vibrancy, with a soft and shiny finish.
Thanks to its characteristics, Raso - Amsterdam is an ideal fabric for fashion applications, for both men and women. It can be used to create shirts, blouses, kimonos, skirts, jumpsuits, trousers, tops, and accessories such as scarves. In particular, it is a very suitable fabric for lingerie, pajamas, and wedding dresses.
It is important to note the necessary care to maintain the quality of the fabric. It is recommended not to bleach, wash at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, and iron at a warm temperature. It can be tumble dried at a reduced temperature and dry cleaning is permitted except for trichloroethylene.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation (polyester). This process uses specialized ink to print designs on transfer paper, which are then transferred to the fabric using heat and pressure. This technique allows for high precision in the reproduction of designs and colors, ensuring exceptional quality.
