The base fabric, Satin - Amsterdam, is a polyester satin that presents a bright visual texture. The solid printed color is an elegant cloud gray that is obtained from a combination of CMYK inks: 25% cyan, 21% magenta, 21% yellow, and 2% black. This secondary color combines perfectly with beige, white, black, and dark blue tones. It is important to note that the base fabric is printed with the solid color on one side using digital textile printing.
Satin - Amsterdam fabric is a lightweight fabric of 120 gr/m2 and 150 cm wide, which presents exceptional softness and brightness. In addition, it has a polyester composition that makes it resistant and durable. On the other hand, the solid printed color is visually smooth and has a soft and delicate texture to the touch. Regarding its application, this fabric is ideal for fashion garments such as shirts, blouses, skirts, jumpsuits, and pants, as well as for lingerie and accessories such as scarves.
It is important to consider the specific care instructions for the base fabric. It should be washed at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, cannot be bleached, and can be ironed at a warm temperature. The fabric allows dry cleaning, except with trichloroethylene, and can be tumble dried at a reduced temperature.
The printing technology used for the base fabric is sublimation, a printing technique that uses special inks that turn into gas when heated, penetrating the fabric fiber and leaving a durable and high-quality print. This technology provides a precise and durable print that does not peel, fade, or lose its shine.
