The base fabric is the Fine Water-Repellent Fabric - Storm, a technical fabric made of 100% polyester with a weight of 70 gr/m2 and a width of 145 cm. The plain printed color is Midnight Black, with a CMYK of 87 61 63 73. This secondary color is characterized by its intensity and depth, and it combines particularly well with colors such as white, gray, or any other dark and deep tone.
It is important to note that this fabric is printed on one side by digital textile printing, which means that it is not a dyed fabric but printed using sublimation technology on polyester. The base fabric has characteristics such as impermeability and thin, smooth textures, making it ideal for applications such as fashion, home, and sport, as it allows for the creation of clothing and decorative elements such as shower curtains.
Regarding applications and uses, this fabric is ideal for making jackets, raincoats, blousons, and shower curtains. In addition, its sublimation technology makes it perfect for customizing garments and accessories. In the home, it can be used for creating decorative elements such as curtains or cushions.
Specific care for this fabric includes not bleaching, washing at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, ironing at low temperature, and not tumble drying. Furthermore, dry cleaning is not recommended.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation on polyester, which allows for superior print quality and high color durability. This process consists of printing the image on sublimation paper and transferring it to the fabric surface using heat and pressure, achieving permanent color fixation.
