The base fabric is the Storm Fine Water-Repellent Fabric, a technical polyester fabric with a weight of 70gr/m2 and a width of 145cm. The plain printed color is Moccasin Ecru, represented by a CMYK of 12 12 35 0. This color is characterized by its elegance and sophistication, making it ideal for creating fashion garments for both women and men, and for decorating bathrooms with shower curtains. Moccasin is a color that combines especially well with earth tones such as beige and brown.
The fabric is printed with this plain color on one side using digital textile printing, and it is important to note that it is not a dyed fabric but printed on one side. Among the general characteristics of the base fabric, its waterproof finish and its thin, smooth texture stand out. Furthermore, due to its technology, it is a water-repellent fabric, allowing its use in sportswear such as raincoats and jackets.
Regarding the applications and uses of this fabric, we find that it is ideal for fashion, especially in the design of jackets for both men and women. It can also be used in home textiles, such as shower curtains, thanks to its impermeability. In the sports field, it is perfect for manufacturing raincoats and jackets for men, women, and children during the winter season.
Regarding the care that this fabric requires, it is recommended not to bleach, wash the garment at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, and iron at a cool temperature. Additionally, it cannot be tumble dried, and the garment does not allow dry cleaning.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation (polyester), a process that allows high-quality printing on this type of technical fabrics. In this process, the ink turns into vapor through the application of heat and pressure, completely penetrating the fabric fibers, which guarantees a durable print resistant to use and wear.
