The Fine Water-Repellent Fabric - Storm is a technical fabric composed of 100% polyester, with a weight of 70 gr/m2 and a width of 145 cm. The plain printed color is displayed in shades of Brown and Caramel thanks to the sublimation technique used. The CMYK values are 29, 45, 100, and 21 respectively. This secondary color, Caramel, is characterized by its softness and sophistication, evoking feelings of warmth and clarity. Additionally, it combines especially well with green and turquoise tones, as well as with grays and creams. It is important to note that this fabric is printed on one side by digital textile printing.
Regarding its general characteristics, the Fine Water-Repellent Fabric - Storm has a waterproof finish that makes it resistant to water, allowing its use in fashion garments and accessories for both men and women, as well as in home textiles and sports items. Its texture is thin and smooth, with a soft and pleasant feel on the skin. Thanks to its technical weaving technology, it also has water-repellent properties that make it an ideal option for shower curtains and raincoats, especially during the winter season.
As for its applications and uses, in addition to those mentioned above, the Fine Water-Repellent Fabric - Storm can also be used in the manufacture of jackets, blousons, and other types of sportswear for men, women, and children. Due to its flexibility and resistance, it can also be applied in the manufacture of backpacks and other outdoor accessories. Its ability to repel water and keep the skin dry makes it an ideal option for water sports.
Regarding the care that should be taken for this fabric, it is important to note that it should not be bleached and that the recommended cleaning temperature should not exceed 40ºC. Likewise, the garment does not admit dry cleaning and should not be tumble dried. For ironing, it is recommended to use low temperatures.
Finally, the printing technology used is sublimation, a technique that allows high-quality printing on a polyester surface, sealing the colors into the fabric instead of applying dyes. This provides great durability and resistance to wear and tear of the printed garment.
