The base fabric is a fine Water-repellent Fabric - Storm, with a technical weave type, composed of 100% Polyester and weighing 70 gr/m2. The solid color printed on this fabric is Yellow/Canary Yellow, with a CMYK content of 11, 9, 90, 0. This color is characterized by its luminosity and its ability to bring joy and vitality to any garment or textile. Yellow combines especially well with shades such as gray and white, but also with earthy tones like brown or beige.
It is important to note that this fabric is printed with the solid color on one side using digital textile printing, which means it is a printing process that allows high-quality and high-definition images and patterns to be reproduced on the fabrics surface.
Regarding the general characteristics of the base fabric, it stands out for its waterproof and water-repellent finish, making it an ideal choice for use in sportswear, such as raincoats or jackets. Additionally, its texture is thin and smooth, making it soft and pleasant to the touch.
As for the applications and uses of this fabric, it is suitable for use in various fashion garments for both women and men, especially jackets. It is also a good option for manufacturing shower curtains and other home textiles. Finally, it is recommended for making sportswear such as jackets and raincoats.
Regarding the care instructions for this type of fabric, it is recommended not to use bleaching products and to wash at a maximum temperature of 40ºC. Furthermore, the garment does not allow dry cleaning and should be ironed at a cool temperature. It is also important to avoid using tumble dryers.
Finally, the printing technology used on this fabric is sublimation (polyester), which involves transferring ink to the fabric through a heating and pressure process that guarantees excellent quality and durability of the printed design. This technology achieves high resolution and definition of designs, making it an ideal choice for the production of high-quality and resistant garments and textiles.
