The base fabric Fine Water-Repellent Fabric - Storm has a composition of 100% polyester, with a weight of 70 gr/m2 and a width of 145 cm. It is presented in a plain color printed in green and parchment, with a CYMK ink ratio of 17, 2, 45, 0, respectively. This color is a harmonious combination of warm and cool tones, conveying balance and tranquility. It is combined with other neutral colors, such as beige, white, and black, and with subtle tones such as light pink or mint green.
It is important to highlight that the fabric is printed with the plain color on one side by digital textile printing, which means that it is not a dyed fabric but printed on one side, which gives it a uniform and sharp finish. The fabric has characteristics of impermeability and water repellency, as well as a delicate and soft texture to the touch, which makes it ideal for applications in fashion, home textiles, and sportswear.
Among the applications and uses of the fabric, its use in jackets, raincoats, shower curtains, and blousons stands out, mainly in the winter season. Thanks to its water-repellent properties, it is especially suitable for garments and accessories used in adverse weather conditions.
It is important to note that for the care of the fabric, it is recommended not to bleach, wash at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, not dry clean, iron at a cool temperature, and avoid tumble drying. Following these recommendations, the useful life can be extended, and the technical characteristics of the fabric can be preserved.
Finally, the printing technology with which this fabric is manufactured is sublimation, which consists of the transformation of liquid ink into gas through heat and pressure, which allows the impregnation of the color into the polyester fiber, resulting in high resolution in the printed image and great color durability.
