The base fabric, called Brushed Sweatshirt Fabric - Boston, is a sweatshirt fabric with a composition of 100% polyester and a weight of 220 gr/m2. Its width is 160 cm and it is GRS certified. The solid printed color is a dark blue, also known as night blue, with CMYK values of 98 94 35 33. This secondary color combines particularly well with earthy and neutral tones, adding depth and elegance to designs. It is important to mention that this fabric is printed with the solid color on one side using digital textile printing, which means that the ink penetrates the fibers and does not remain on the surface.
The base fabric has a brushed finish, which gives it a soft and fluffy texture. In addition, it is resistant and durable while being comfortable and pleasant to the touch. The printed color is vibrant and sharp, allowing for a wide variety of designs, from the simplest to the most complex. It is important to highlight, furthermore, that this fabric is sustainable and recycled, making it a responsible and conscious option for the environment.
The Brushed Sweatshirt Fabric - Boston has a wide variety of applications and uses, such as making sweatshirts, toiletry bags, backpacks and sports tracksuits, for both men and women and children. In addition, it is a perfect option for winter and autumn/winter 2021 fashion garments.
For its care, it is important to note that this fabric does not allow bleaching or ironing, and that its maximum washing temperature is 40ºC. It can be dry cleaned, except with trichloroethylene, and tumble dried at reduced temperature.
Finally, the printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation. This technique consists of printing the design on a special transfer paper, which is placed on the fabric and transferred by heat and pressure. In this way, the ink penetrates the fibers and fuses with them, creating a durable and high-quality result.
