The base fabric, Brushed Fabric for Sweatshirts - Boston, is a 100% polyester sweatshirt fabric with a weight of 220 gr/m2 and a width of 160 cm. The solid printed color is Pink-RosyBrown with a CMYK of 16, 29, 22, 2. The secondary color symbolizes love, compassion, and warmth, which combines well with neutral and earthy tones such as white, gray, and olive green.
The fabric is printed with the solid color on one side using digital textile printing. The fabric is soft and warm to the touch, with a brushed finish, making it ideal for sportswear, sweatshirts, and toiletry bags. In addition, the fabric has GRS certification, which means it is made with recycled materials and manufactured sustainably.
It is important to note that the fabric should be washed at a maximum temperature of 40 degrees and should not be ironed. It can be dry-cleaned, excluding trichloroethylene, and tumble dried at reduced temperature. These care instructions ensure the durability of the fabric.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is polyester sublimation. This printing technique consists of printing the design on transfer paper and then transferring it to the fabric through heat, which guarantees exceptional image quality and high durability. Fabric printed in this way does not fade and maintains its vibrant color over time.
