The base fabric of our textile is the Brushed Sweatshirt Fabric - Boston, with a composition of 100% POLYESTER and a weight of 220 gr/m2. The plain color printed on this fabric is a blend of green and hazelnut, with Cyan ink at 35, Magenta ink at 33, Yellow ink at 100, and Black ink at 18, reflecting a CMYK of 35 33 100 18. This secondary color combines especially well with brown tones, dark blues, and grays, creating a rustic and natural atmosphere.
It is important to note that the fabric is printed with the plain color on one side using digital textile printing, which does not imply that the fabric is dyed, but rather that the color is printed on one side of the fabric. The fabric has a brushed finish, which provides a soft and pleasant texture to the touch.
Regarding the general characteristics of the fabric, the Brushed Sweatshirt Fabric - Boston is perfect for making sweatshirts, tracksuits, toiletry bags, and accessories such as backpacks, for women, men, and children. This fabric is ideal for the autumn/winter 2021 season, thanks to its ability to retain heat. In addition, it has GRS certification and is sustainable due to its composition of recycled materials.
It is important to consider that this fabric requires certain special care: do not bleach, it can be washed at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, it allows dry cleaning except with trichloroethylene, it does not allow ironing, and it can be tumble dried at a reduced temperature.
Finally, the fabric is manufactured using polyester sublimation printing technology, which allows for bright, durable, and high-definition colors on the fabric surface. This technique involves printing the ink onto special transfer paper, which is placed on top of the fabric and subjected to high temperature and pressure for the ink to transfer to the fabric surface.
