The Brushed Sweatshirt Fabric - Boston features a solid color printed in shades of dark red, with a combination of inks at 25% Cyan, 85% Magenta, 100% Yellow, and 21% Black, resulting in a CMYK of 25 85 100 21. This intense and deep secondary color evokes passion and vitality. It pairs perfectly with neutral tones such as gray, black, beige, and white, as well as with dark blues and greens.
The base fabric is made of 100% polyester, with a weight of 220 gr/m2 and a width of 160 cm. Its brushed finish gives it a soft texture to the touch and makes it ideal for winter and autumn/winter 2021 clothing. In addition to its use in sweatshirts for women, men, and children, it is also ideal for sports accessories such as backpacks and toiletry bags, as well as for tracksuits. The fabric is GRS certified and recycled, making it a sustainable choice.
It is important to note that the fabric is printed with the solid color on one side using digital textile printing. This means it is not a dyed fabric but rather printed on one side.
In terms of general characteristics, the brushed fabric is soft to the touch and comfortable to wear. Its brushed finish makes it suitable for garments intended to keep warm in cold climates. Furthermore, the printed solid color gives it a personalized and vibrant touch.
The applications and uses of the fabric are broad and varied, highlighting its use in fashion garments for women, men, and children, as well as in sports accessories and tracksuits. Additionally, its GRS certification and recycled composition make it a sustainable and environmentally friendly option.
To care for this fabric, it is recommended not to bleach, wash at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, use dry cleaning except trichloroethylene, do not iron, and avoid drying at high temperatures.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation. This process involves printing an image with special inks on sublimation paper and, through heat and pressure, transferring the image to the desired material. This allows the printed ink to penetrate the fibers of the fabric, creating a permanent and durable image.
