This fabric is the Brushed Sweatshirt Fabric - Boston, in a plain Orange color printed with CMYK 14 52 96 3. The secondary color is an intense orange with warm and bright tones that evoke vitality and energy. Additionally, it pairs very well with blue and green tones, bringing balance and freshness to the design. The fabric is printed with a plain color on one side using digital textile printing, which allows for a high-quality result and definition in the details.
The base fabric of this sweatshirt has a weight of 220 gr/m2 and is composed of 100% polyester. Its width is 160 cm and it has GRS certification for its sustainable and recycled condition. Its brushed finish provides a softness and a pleasant texture to the touch, ideal for use in winter and autumn clothing. Furthermore, the fabric is very resistant to abrasion and wear, which ensures durability over time and high quality in the final product.
Among the most common applications and uses for this type of fabric are fashion sweatshirts for men and women, sports tracksuits for women, men, and children, toiletry bags, and fashion and sports backpacks. This type of fabric allows for a wide variety of designs and prints thanks to sublimation printing technology.
Regarding the care instructions for this fabric, it is recommended not to bleach it and to avoid ironing it. The maximum washing temperature should be 40ºC and it can be dry cleaned except with trichloroethylene. Additionally, it is possible to tumble dry it at a reduced temperature.
Finally, the printing technology used for the manufacturing of this fabric is sublimation on polyester. In this process, designs are printed on transfer paper and then transferred to the fabric using heat and pressure. This technique allows for a high-quality and high-resolution result, with intense and long-lasting colors.
