The Brushed Sweatshirt Fabric - Boston has a plain color printed in Milk Chocolate Brown, represented in its CMYK as 42 57 100 52. This shade is very versatile and is associated with warmth and security, as well as stability and confidence. It combines perfectly with neutral tones such as beige, ivory, light gray, and white, as well as with dark tones such as charcoal gray, black, or navy blue.
The base fabric is made of 100% polyester, with a weight of 220 gr/m2 and a width of 160 cm. The brushed finish offers a soft, warm, and comfortable texture, while the use of polyester provides resistance and durability. In addition, it has GRS certification and is sustainable thanks to its recycled fabric. As for the printed color, its application through sublimation provides high resolution and a durable finish.
This fabric is printed with the plain color on one side using digital textile printing, which is done by injecting ink onto the surface of the fabric. It is important to note that the fabric is not dyed but printed on one side.
As for the applications and uses of the fabric, its use in womens and mens fashion for sweatshirts, toiletry bags, and backpacks stands out, as well as in sportswear for tracksuits. In addition, it is perfect for the winter and autumn-winter 2021/22 season.
To maintain the quality of the fabric, it is important not to bleach it and to wash it at max. 40ºC. Dry cleaning can be used except with trichloroethylene, and ironing is not allowed. Tumble drying at reduced temperature is permitted.
The printing technology used is sublimation, which consists of transferring inks by heat and pressure from transfer paper to the fabric, achieving high definition and vibrant colors. This process allows high-quality printing on polyester and polyester blend fabrics, with the use of special inks that sublimate into the material, becoming part of it.
