The base fabric, Brushed Sweatshirt Fabric - Boston, is a sweatshirt knit composed of 100% polyester with a weight of 220 gr/m2 and a width of 160 cm. The solid printed color is Orange/Bronze with a CMYK of 20 58 100 9. This color is a mix of orange tones with a hint of bronze that provides a sense of depth and visual appeal. It pairs perfectly with brown, black, and green tones for a more natural look, or with gray tones for an elegant style. It is important to note that the fabric is printed with the solid color on one side by digital textile printing, which allows for high quality and durability in the print.
The general characteristics of the fabric are its brushed finish, achieving a soft texture to the touch and great thermal insulation. In addition, the fabric is sustainable, holding GRS certification and being made from recycled material. Regarding the printed color, its intensity and durability over time stand out.
Its applications and uses include sweatshirts, toiletry bags, backpacks, tracksuits, and sportswear in general for autumn and winter. Its sweatshirt texture provides great comfort and convenience for daily use.
Regarding care, it is important not to bleach or iron the fabric and to wash it at a maximum of 40ºC. In addition, it allows for dry cleaning except for trichloroethylene and can be tumble dried at reduced temperature.
Finally, the printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation with polyester, which allows for a high-quality and durable print, as the color is impregnated into the fiber of the fabric instead of staying on the surface. This provides a sharp print that is resistant to wear and washing.
