Brushed Sweatshirt Fabric - Boston

The base fabric of the Boston Sweatshirt is a brushed polyester fabric with a thickness of 220 gr/m2 and a width of 160 cm. Its color is caramel brown, as Cyan ink provides a greenish-blue tone, Magenta ink a reddish tone, and Yellow ink a yellowish tone, combining in a balanced way to achieve the final color. This color combines perfectly with white, black, and earth tones. It should be noted that the fabric is only printed with the solid color on one side by digital textile printing.

Among the general characteristics of the fabric is its brushed finish, which provides softness and comfort. In addition, it is a sustainable and recycled fabric, certified by GRS. As for the color, the combination of the different inks achieves an intense and durable color, with high quality in printing.

As for the applications and uses of the base fabric, it adapts perfectly to sweatshirts, toiletry bags, tracksuits, and backpacks, for both women and men and children. It is an ideal fabric for the winter and autumn season, offering comfort and warmth in its use.

For its care, it is recommended not to bleach, not to iron, and to wash at a maximum temperature of 40ºC. It admits dry cleaning except with trichloroethylene and can be tumble dried at reduced temperature.

The printing technology used in the manufacture of this fabric is sublimation, based on the transfer of color from a printed image by heat and pressure to the desired fabric, in this case polyester. This allows for a high-quality print in the solid color that characterizes this fabric.
