The base fabric is the Brushed Sweatshirt Fabric - Boston, composed of 100% polyester with a weight of 220 gr/m2 and a width of 160 cm. As for the color, it is a plain print in black and dark gray with a CMYK of 61 52 55 51. Dark gray is a neutral and sophisticated shade that combines very well with colors such as red, orange, and green. The fabric is printed with the plain color on one side by digital textile printing.
The base fabric has a brushed finish that makes it soft to the touch and very comfortable to wear. It is ideal for garments such as sweatshirts and tracksuits, as well as for sports accessories such as backpacks and toiletry bags. In addition, it is a sustainable and environmentally friendly fabric, certified with the GRS standard.
Regarding care, it is recommended not to bleach the fabric and wash it at a maximum temperature of 40ºC. It can be dry cleaned except with trichloroethylene, and it does not admit ironing. It can be tumble dried at a reduced temperature.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation, which consists of printing the ink on transfer paper and then transferring it to the fabric by heat and pressure. This allows obtaining designs with vibrant and high-definition colors on one side of the fabric without the need to dye it.
