The base fabric, Brushed Sweatshirt Fabric - Boston, is a 100% polyester fabric with a weight of 220 gr/m2 and a width of 160 cm. Its solid printed color is an olive green with a CMYK of 31 18 56 3. This color is symbolically associated with nature, tranquility, and harmony. Technically, it is a balanced color between green, which represents freshness and vitality, and brown, which conveys stability and security. Additionally, it pairs perfectly with neutral tones such as gray and beige.
It should be noted that the base fabric is printed with the solid color on one side using digital textile printing, which means it is not a dyed fabric but rather printed with a high-tech process that ensures high print quality and great color fidelity. In terms of general characteristics, the fabric has a brushed finish that makes it soft and warm, ideal for manufacturing sweatshirts, tracksuits, toiletry bags, backpacks, among other uses.
Among the most common applications and uses, highlights include fashion, for both men and women, in the manufacture of sweatshirts and accessories; sports, for men, women, and children, in the production of sweatshirts and tracksuits; and other uses such as toiletry bags and backpacks, among others.
For the care of this fabric, it is recommended not to bleach, wash at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, do not iron, and it can be tumble dried at reduced temperature. It also allows dry cleaning except for trichloroethylene.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation, which consists of printing an image onto transfer paper, and then transferring that image to the fabric with high temperature and pressure. This technique allows for detailed and high-quality printing, with vibrant and long-lasting colors.
