The base fabric is Oslo Elastic Tulle, composed of 94% polyester and 6% elastane, which gives it great elasticity and a soft, delicate texture. The solid printed color is a moccasin raw tone, with cyan, magenta, and yellow inks in a proportion of 12-12-35-0, resulting in a secondary color with a soft, warm hue. The moccasin raw color perfectly combines with beige, brown, and gold tones, generating a sense of comfort and visual harmony.
The fabric is printed with the solid color on one side using digital textile printing, which allows for high definition in details and a uniform finish. The base fabric is transparent and elastic, with a delicate and soft texture to the touch, making it perfect for lingerie, dresses, and accessories.
The applications and uses of Oslo Elastic Tulle are varied, covering womens and mens fashion, as well as lingerie, childrens fashion, and bridal wear. Furthermore, it is an ideal fabric for making stockings, bras, and briefs, thanks to its elasticity and soft texture.
It is important to note the specific care instructions for the fabric, which include not bleaching, washing at a maximum temperature of 30°C, not dry cleaning, not ironing, and not tumble drying. These care instructions guarantee the durability and good preservation of the fabric.
The printing technology used for the manufacturing of Oslo Elastic Tulle is polyester sublimation, a process by which the design is printed on transfer paper using special inks and transferred to the fabric using heat and pressure, generating a sharp and high-quality image. This printing process is especially suitable for synthetic fabrics, such as Oslo Elastic Tulle, and is frequently used in the manufacturing of high-quality and detailed garments.
