The base fabric is Oslo Elastic Tulle, composed of 94% polyester and 6% elastane, with a weight of 80 gr/m2 and a width of 147 cm. The solid printed color features brown and sepia tones, with a CMYK of 35 72 65 47. This secondary color represents warmth and stability, and combines perfectly with beige, bright yellow, and soft cream tones.
Its important to note that the base fabric is single-sided printed using digital textile printing, meaning it is printed, not dyed. This technique ensures excellent color fixation and very sharp, detailed image quality.
General characteristics of the base fabric include its transparent visual texture and its thin, elastic feel. These characteristics make the fabric perfect for feminine garments such as skirts, dresses, and lingerie.
Regarding the applications and uses of the base fabric, the aforementioned stand out, but it can also be used for making bras, panties, bodysuits, and accessories. Furthermore, it is very popular for childrens fashion, especially for dresses.
To maintain the base fabric in optimal condition, it is important to follow the care instructions, which include no bleaching, washing at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, no dry cleaning, no ironing, and no tumble drying.
Finally, the printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation. This technique involves transferring the design to the fabric using heat and pressure. The result is a durable, high-quality image that does not fade or crack over time.
