The base fabric is Oslo Elastic Tulle, a tulle-type fabric with a composition of 94% polyester and 6% elastane, with a weight of 80 gr/m2 and a width of 147 cm. The solid color printed is a desert rose-sand, with a CMYK of 16 61 39 4, which reflects a soft and elegant hue. This secondary color symbolizes warmth, stability, and harmony, and combines especially well with neutral colors such as white, gray, and beige.
It is important to note that the base fabric is printed with the solid color on one side by digital textile printing, which means that the print is made on one side of the fabric and not through a dyeing process. This technique is very effective in the production of printed fabrics and allows a great variety of designs and colors.
Regarding the general characteristics, the base fabric stands out for its transparent texture and its thin and elastic feel. These attributes give it great versatility and make it suitable for a wide variety of applications and uses, such as womens and mens fashion, lingerie, accessories, or childrens fashion. It is also important to mention that this fabric is timeless, making it perfect for use in any season of the year.
Among the applications and uses of the base fabric, in addition to those already mentioned, its usefulness in making skirts, dresses, bras, panties, bodies, stockings, or wedding dresses can be highlighted. Its elasticity allows it to adapt easily to different body types and, combined with other fabrics, can create very elegant and sophisticated garments.
As for care, it is advisable not to bleach the garment, wash it at maximum temperatures of 30ºC, and avoid dry cleaning, ironing, and tumble drying. Following these indications guarantees a longer durability of the garment and prevents any damage to the fabric.
Finally, the printing technology used to create this fabric is sublimation (polyester), a process that allows the transfer of designs through heat. In this case, a digital textile printing system is used that allows the production of innovative and high-quality designs and colors, which are fixed on the surface of the fabric without affecting its elasticity and firmness.
