The base fabric of this textile is Elastic Tulle - Oslo; a tulle composed of 94% polyester and 6% elastane with a weight of 80 gr/m2 and a width of 147 cm. The solid printed color is Hosta Blue, with Cyan inks: 66, Magenta: 15, Yellow: 20, and Black: 1, which represents a CMYK of 66 15 20 1. The secondary color of Hosta Blue stands out for its green tones, allowing for play with freshness and calm in a wide range of designs. Furthermore, Hosta Blue combines perfectly with light and dark tones of the same range, as well as with neutral colors such as white or light gray.
It should be noted that the base fabric is printed on one side only, using digital textile printing. This printing technique is applied through a sublimation process on polyester, using special inks that penetrate directly into the fabric fibers, ensuring durability and high definition in the printed image.
Among the characteristics of the base fabric, its transparent visual texture and its thin and elastic feel can be highlighted. Thanks to these properties, the fabric is suitable for applications in womens and mens fashion such as skirts, dresses, and accessories. It is also suitable for lingerie and underwear, such as bras, panties, and bodysuits, especially for brides. Additionally, its properties make it an ideal option for making stockings and childrens dresses.
It is important to note that, for the care of this fabric, it should not be bleached, it is recommended to wash at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, dry cleaning is not allowed, ironing is not allowed, and it cannot be tumble dried.
Regarding the printing technology used, as already mentioned, it is sublimation on polyester, which guarantees high definition of the printed image and its durability. This process involves the use of special inks that are applied directly to the surface of the fabric, generating a high-resolution image by transforming liquid ink into gas at high temperatures. The final result is a print resistant to washing and fabric wear.
