Tweed - Chanel is a thick, rigid woven fabric made of 100% polyester. The solid color printed on the fabric is a beautiful navy blue shade with a Cyan ink of 26, a Magenta ink of 7, a Yellow ink of 2, and a Black ink of 0, which combine to create a CMYK of 26 7 2 0. This secondary color is highly symbolic, representing stability and confidence, and its combination with other colors, such as white or beige, conveys a neat and sophisticated image. The fabric is digitally printed with the solid color on one side only.
The Tweed - Chanel fabric has a rigid texture and a weight of 420 gr/m2, making it ideal for fashion garments such as jackets, blazers, coats, skirts, dresses, bomber jackets, or vests, as well as for accessories like bow ties or caps and for cushions in living rooms/bedrooms/kitchens/outdoors. The fabric is especially suitable for the autumn/winter season and is commonly used in elegant and sophisticated garments. The printed solid color has superior durability thanks to the sublimation printing technology used for its production.
Regarding care, this fabric should be washed at a maximum temperature of 30°C, should not be bleached, and dry cleaning is permitted (except with trichloroethylene). Ironing should be done at a cool temperature, and the fabric cannot be tumble dried.
Polyester sublimation printing technology is based on the use of printed transfer paper. Printing is carried out through the transfer of the printed transfer paper to the fabric using a heat press that applies reactive sublimation materials at high temperature and pressure. Heat and pressure cause the reactive sublimation materials to penetrate the fabric surface, providing a durable and high-quality print. This printing technology is ideal for polyester fabrics, as it allows the ink to permanently adhere to the fabric and resist washing and daily wear without problems.
