The Tweed - Chanel base fabric, made of 100% polyester, has a weight of 420 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. Its solid printed color is Pastel Blue, with a combination of Cyan, Magenta, and Yellow inks in proportions of 23, 14, and 7, respectively, and a CMYK value of 23 14 7 0. This color evokes the tranquility and serenity of the sky and the sea and pairs particularly well with neutral colors such as white and gray.
This fabric is digitally printed with the solid color on one side, giving the design a precise and detailed appearance. It is important to note that this is not a dyed fabric, but rather printed on one side.
The Tweed - Chanel fabric has a rigid texture and a rough feel, characteristic of tweed. It is a resistant and durable fabric, ideal for outerwear such as jackets, blazers, coats, and trench coats, as well as for skirts, dresses, shorts, and bow ties. It is also suitable for making cushions for the living room, bedroom, and kitchen, as well as for outdoor decorative use.
Regarding care, it is recommended not to bleach the fabric and to wash it at a maximum temperature of 30ºC. It allows dry cleaning except with trichloroethylene and can be ironed at a cool temperature. It cannot be tumble dried.
The printing technology used to create this fabric is polyester sublimation, which allows the colors to be permanently fixed in the fabric fibers. This printing technique ensures high quality and precision in the design, with characteristics especially indicated for synthetic fiber fabrics such as polyester.
