Se trata de un tejido con relieve y al ser impreso presenta fuerza de color en las fibras más externas quedando en su color natural las fibras internas. Puede presentar pequeñas trazas, hilos o borra dada su naturaleza reciclada y cuya aparición, aunque se de en un % bajo de ocasiones, es totalmente arbitraria e inevitable. |
The base fabric is Tweed - Chanel, composed of 100% polyester, with a weight of 420 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The plain color printed is Corn Yellow, with a CMYK of 9 3 50 0. It is a luminous, cheerful, and vibrant color that symbolizes energy and happiness. This secondary color perfectly combines with neutral tones such as gray or white, as well as with earthy colors like brown or olive green. The base fabric is printed with the plain color on one side by digital textile printing, which indicates that the fabric is not dyed, but rather has a layer of ink printed on one of its sides.
The texture is rigid, which gives the fabric more body and resistance, and its feel is firm and soft at the same time. It is a fabric that adapts perfectly to outdoor garments and prevents wrinkling, facilitating the maintenance of fashion pieces, for both women and men. Regarding the care of the fabric, the manufacturers instructions must be followed, such as not using bleach, washing at temperatures below 30ºC, and ironing at cool temperatures. The fabric allows dry cleaning, except with trichloroethylene, but cannot be tumble dried.
The fabric is manufactured using sublimation technology on polyester, which means that the ink is fixed to the fabric through a fusion and vaporization process, in which the ink solidifies and integrates into the thread, guaranteeing greater durability and resistance to the fabric.
