Se trata de un tejido con relieve y al ser impreso presenta fuerza de color en las fibras más externas quedando en su color natural las fibras internas. Puede presentar pequeñas trazas, hilos o borra dada su naturaleza reciclada y cuya aparición, aunque se de en un % bajo de ocasiones, es totalmente arbitraria e inevitable. |
The Tweed - Chanel base fabric features a plain color printed in iris purple. This color is represented by a CMYK of 82 100 19 7, giving it an intense and vibrant hue. Iris purple is a secondary color that represents the combination of blue and red, conveying feelings of calm and elegance. This color pairs particularly well with shades such as dark green, brown, or gold.
It is important to note that the Tweed - Chanel base fabric is printed with the plain color on one side using digital textile printing, meaning it is not a dyed fabric but rather a print made on a single side of the fabric.
In terms of its general characteristics, the Tweed - Chanel base fabric is made of 100% polyester, with a weight of 420 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. Its texture and feel are stiff, making it particularly suitable for fashion garments and accessories such as jackets, coats, skirts, dresses, blousons, vests, shorts, bermudas, and bow ties. Additionally, it can also be used in home decor, such as cushions for the living room, bedroom, or kitchen, or even for outdoor use.
For the care of this fabric, it is recommended not to bleach it, wash it at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, iron it at a cool temperature, and not to use a tumble dryer. Furthermore, it allows dry cleaning, except with trichloroethylene.
Finally, Tweed - Chanel is manufactured using sublimation technology on polyester. This technique allows high-quality, durable images to be printed on polyester fabrics through the transfer of ink via heat and pressure. In this way, a crisp print with vivid colors is achieved, perfectly adapting to the texture and characteristics of the base fabric.
