Tweed - Chanel

The base fabric is a tweed weighing 420 gr/m2 and 150 cm wide, composed of 100% polyester. The solid color is an intuitive cantaloupe orange, with cyan ink at 9, magenta at 27, yellow at 39, and black at 1, resulting in a CMYK of 9, 27, 39, 1. This color represents sweetness and tropical flavor. It combines perfectly with earthy tones and natural greens.

The fabric is printed with the solid color on one side using digital textile printing, which means the image is printed directly onto the fabric surface through digital processes. This results in greater precision and clarity of designs.

In terms of characteristics, the base fabric is rigid to the touch and has a slightly rough texture. Due to its composition, it is a durable fabric with great resistance to wear. The printed solid color, for its part, looks uniform and of high quality. The printing technology allows for great precision of details, resulting in a high-resolution image.

The Tweed - Chanel fabric is perfect for use in jackets, blazers, coats, trench coats, skirts, dresses, bomber jackets, vests, cushions, and bow ties, as well as for constructing exteriors and interiors. It is a very versatile fabric that can be used for both fashion garments and decorative elements.

Regarding care, it is important not to bleach the fabric and to wash it at a maximum temperature of 30ºC. It allows dry cleaning, except with trichloroethylene. Ironing at a low temperature is possible, although it is advisable to do it on the reverse side of the fabric. Under no circumstances should it be tumble dried.

Finally, the printing technology used for the manufacture of this fabric is sublimation. This process involves the transfer of ink through heat and pressure, allowing the ink to pass from a solid to a gaseous state without passing through the liquid phase. In this way, the colors are permanently fixed on the fabric surface, obtaining a high-quality result that is resistant to the passage of time.
