The base fabric of this textile is Tweed - Chanel, composed of 100% polyester with a weight of 420 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The solid printed color is a deep brown with hazelnut tones, with a CMYK of 27, 39, 78, 16. This color symbolizes elegance, security, and sophistication. It combines perfectly with earthy tones, golds, and whites. It is important to note that the fabric is printed with the solid color on one side only by digital textile printing, which means that the intensity of the color is only perceived on the exterior.
The general characteristics of the base fabric are its rigid texture and pleasant feel, making it ideal for jackets, blazers, coats, skirts, dresses, bomber jackets, vests, cushions, bow ties, sports vests, and caps. Among the attributes of the base fabric, it stands out as a timeless autumn/winter 2021 fabric.
It is important to consider the care instructions for the fabric, which include not bleaching, maximum temperature of 30°C, dry cleaning allowed except trichloroethylene, cool ironing, and not tumble drying. This ensures optimal durability of the fabric.
Finally, the printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is polyester sublimation. This process involves printing the designs on sublimation ink paper and then pressing them at high temperature and pressure onto the fabric, which allows the ink to permanently transfer to the surface of the fabric. Thanks to this printing technique, a high-quality and resistant finish is achieved in the printed color.
